It’s our 46th convention, and you won’t want to miss this one since we will be in Las Cruses, New Mexico! Our dates are August 21-25. (Wednesday through Sunday.) The convention is being extended another day to take advantage of some of the opportunities in the area. Registration and meet and greet on Wednesday. On Thursday, August 22 we will tour the Veterans Memorial Park and White Sands Missile Museum. We believe we are getting a private tour of the Trinity site and the McDonald Ranch House on August 23. Presentations, Banquet and Auction on Saturday.
Hotel Reservations: Rooms have been set aside at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces on August 19-24, 2024, at the rate of $109.00 plus a $15 Amenity Fee plus taxes per night (Single/Double Occupancy). Please note: The room reservation cut-off date will be July 29, 2024. After this date, any remaining rooms within the block will be released into the hotel’s general inventory. You can try getting a reservation after this, but there are no guarantees for rooms or the NAAV discount.
